Anti Aging Brain Boosters

One of the side effects of aging can be the decreased mental alertness. Here tips on how to naturally boost your brain alertness:
1. Water - This is a no-brainer but some people need to be reminded to keep up their water intake. Dehydration can lead to brain fog. For those who love coffee it is particularly important to top up with water as it is a strong diuretic. Try anti aging mineral water for an extra boost.
2. Omega 3's - Omega Fatty Acids are a brain superfood and are assisting in brain related age dementia. You get your Omega 3' through supplements, in oily fish, nuts, avocado and linseed.
3. Gingko Biloba - This anti aging herb has been used in traditional chinese medicine for more than 5000 years. This safe and effective herbal medicine improves mental alertness, activity and concentration.
4. Aeorbic Excercise - Physical aerobic activity increases the overall blood circulation and therefore the transportation of oxygen in the blood to the brain. Regular excercise of about 30 minutes, 3 times a week, just like a brisk walk, run or other aerobics that push your heart rate up are necessary to keep the fitness up.
