Aromatherapy and LED light therapy

Hi,
I am just wondering if you can use aromatherapy oils with LED light therapy. I know you need to be careful with led light as you anything that is on the skin will be drawn deeper but just wondering if you could use it with facial treatments.....

Hi Liz,
It is absolutely save to use aromatherapy oils with LED light or anti aging red light therapy. Unlike UV rays, led light does not cause skin irritation when used with aromatherapy oils or break the oils down. Led light is nothing else than light waves entering the skin and stimulating cellular activity.

However, the skin should not be directly exposed to UV light for at least 24 hours after the application of aromatherapy oils.
