I have been given this Treatment from my friend who lives in Switzerland for Christmas. I have not heard from Dr. Pierre Ricaud before and was curious to try any of the products since my friend is very happy with the results.

I am usually not a great friend of Retinol as I find it often too drying on the skin but I was willing to try this 4 week course. I is presented in a nice box containing 4 tubes of each 7.5 ml of cream including an information booklet and a guide for Dynamic Facial Exercises. These exercises have been developed by Dr. Pierre Ricaud Institutes to train your skin to regain its vitality on a daily basis. For youthful results that are visible, it is advised that you practise them every day. One tube is to be used in 1 week of treatment every night.

Dr. Pierre Ricaud Retinol treatment also includes Vitamin E to comfort the skin.

I have used the the treatment now for 2 weeks with positive results already. This retinol treatment is not drying and even my sensitive skin can bare it. I do not have deep wrinkles, but my skin seems more even and my enlarged pores from previous acne have tightened. What I'm most wrapped about are the instructions for the facial exercises which I have had great results with it already especially on my slowly appearing frown lines. I shy away from botox and can see this as a great alternative if used every day for a few minutes. The idea is to lightly pinch and roll movement on the vertical lines between your eyebrows, going from the top to the bottom. Repeat 3 times. Finish with a smoothing movement.

I have tried the Roc Retinol treatment before but have to say that I like this one much better. It seems to leave the skin softer, probably because of the added Vitamin E. Dr. Pierre Ricaud Retinol Treatment does not say the strength of Retin A used in this product but I guess it would be medium strenght. It is a great home-care treatment that can be repeated from time to time, maybe twice a year for maintenance. If it does remove deep wrinkles I am not sure about but would like to hear feedback if anyone has had positive or negative experience.
