Help for wrinkles

Hi. I am 52 yrs old and have
lines on my chin, mostly noticeable in light. Also sagging skin on side of lips.
Deep lines from nose to mouth. Also lines on forehead. Would you recommend
botox or what can you suggest. My skin is dehydrated as I train 3 hours a day 7
days a week in gym . Also swimming. Many Thanks

I personally have not had botox myself. I have seen clients who had great results with it. However, botox is only a temporary measure. As long as you realize that you would have to repeat the botox treatment regularly. Botox starts to wear off after 3 month or so. Then there is the issue of cost....

About Botox. I'm still not 100% sure about the safety. Yes, it has been used for years and is approved by government health etc. However, I can not see how any injections with foreign substances on a regular basis cannot affect the body and the health in the long run. And aging start at the cell. This is just my opinion.

Alternatively, you could choose to have another anti aging skin treatment done like the non surgical face lift which is an non-invasive treatment.
Best is to have one or more consultations at skin clinics to get a professional opinion of what would be an effective treatment for your skin.

For your dehydration I recommend to take a good dose of essential fatty acids. These help to keep the cells of the skin hydrated. From the inside! I assume you are taking supplements, being a sports person. But in case you are not, it would be good to take a complete supplement.

I also recommend antioxidants. When you're doing extremely sports, the body is releasing more than normal amounts of free radicals. On top of all other free radicals from sun and environment, the body cannot get on top of them without some help of antioxidants. Free radicals are very damaging to the body and accelerating the aging process.
