How can i get rid of pigmention on my skin
by Simone Ollier

I was on the injection for 14 yrs then i started getting dark circles arround my chick bones. I have tried everything on the market but nothing is helping. The dermatologist described a cream and it made my skin a little light but now it's back again. I purchase expensive creams and it's not helping. I am 35 and starting to get a complex because I feel ugly with this dark marks. Please advise what I can use to get rid of these black patches. Regards Sandy
Hi Sandy, I'm sorry to hear that you have such a struggle with pigmentation. The injections cause a higher level of hormone in your body which in turn cause the dark marks in your face when the skin is exposed to UV light. The same happens in pregnancy; that's where the term "mask of pregnancy" comes from. As long as you are on a hormonal contraceptive you will always get the marks back. You would have to use the cream from the doctor on an ongoing basis to prevent the marks to come back.
There a different strength of lightening products available as well as age spot treatments that can help to control pigmentation marks. Since you have tried different creams without success, I would suggest to try red light therapy. The photon light regulates the formation of melanin, the pigment of the skin, that causes the dark spots. For more information see anti aging red light therapy.
Not only reduces red light therapy pigmentation marks, but it also has many other anti aging benefits:
Reduces lines and wrinkles, Reduces pigmentation, Balances skin tone, Smoothes pockmarks and scars, Fights acne and dermatitis, Enhances skin care products
Red light therapy should be used 2 to 3 times a week for about 10 minutes until the desired result. For maintenance use once a week. See anti aging shopping for red light therapy units for home use.
Hope this helps.

All the best.
