I have been using Botanics First Signs of Aging Anti Wrinkle Serum

Botanics First Signs of Aging Anti Wrinkle Serum which I used for about six months at first caused me no problems. I run out of the product a while ago but just started using it again last week and Oh my God just under my eyes they are all red, puffy, wrinkly and very sore. What could be in Botanics that could have done this to me. Funny when I put it on it felt as though it was burning my skin!!

Can you help. My doctor has advised antihistermines to bring down the puffiness.

It sounds like you have a severe allergic reaction to it. I agree with your doctor to use antihistamines to reduce the swelling.

It seems strange that you react to it all of a sudden. I wonder if they changed the ingredients in the product?! A burning sensation also indicates contact sensitivity.

I would not recommend to use this product again as it is very likely that you will have the same reaction again. Instead let your skin heal. You could use just some pure aloe vera gel to sooth and hydrate the skin (like for sunburns).

For your next eye cream I would recommend a product that is suitable for sensitive skin such as
Elizabeth Arden Perpetual Moisture 24 Eye Cream 15ml/0.5oz
