I have dark line from both corners of my mouth to chin

I am 30 years old and since I was may be 20 I have these dark lines from the corner of my mouth to the chin. They look like blood vessels but I am not sure What I can do to make them disappear.

The dark lines are most likely to be veins, which show particular in paler skins.

I suggest to see a dermatologist or doctor to find out the exact cause and get advice for treatment.
