Is LED as effective as IPL for lifting the face?

I have not decided which to purhcase, so can you tell me which is the better between IPL and LED for lifting the face with good results.

IPL is more effective for lifting the face.
Personally I would have IPL treatments in a clinic. It would be far more effective that trying to do the treatment at home simply because home units use laser with less power.

If you are looking for a home care unit I would recommend to use LED light for anti aging red light therapy.
It is a natural less invasive treatment that stimulates the production of collagen and reduces the appearance of lines, wrinkles, age spots.
While IPL works on the principal of controlled damage/repair.

For the best effect I recommend to have an IPL treatment in a clinic and follow up with LED light for home care to further improve the results.
