what is the best anti aging eye cream

I have sleeping problems which add to my eyes looking older then they are, I am 55 years old and have puffy eye bags, small crows feet and my eye lids are begining to sag.

I'm sorry to hear that you have a sleeping problem. I just can imagine how this can affect all areas of your health and live.

I would suggest to start with doing light massage movements around your eyes, to drain away excess fluid that cause the puffiness and stimulates the lymph flow. Use Aloe Vera gel as your massage medium. Starting from the inside of your eye massage gently towards the outside. The same on top gently over your eyelids from the inside outwards. Massage every night for best results.

Following the massage lay down, have a relax and put some cold cucumber slices on your eyes. Cucumber acts firming and even though it's the oldest trick in the book, it is still one of the best.
