what makeup would be best for a sensitive, olive skin with yellow under 49 yr old skin

Hi,
for sensitive skin I would suggest to organic cosmetics and skin care that is free preservatives and chemicals. Paraben, perfume and other chemicals in skin care can aggravate a sensitive skin and make it worse.

In general I recommend liquid foundations to powder for skin over 45. The reason being is that women getting an increase in facial hair with age. The fine hairs appear often around lower cheeks and chin. Powder lifts these hairs up and make the m even more visible. However, these hairs can easily be waxed off. I don't recommend shaving or hair removal creams as the hairs would grow back stronger and thicker.

If your skin is otherwise good you may get away with using mineral powder foundation. Mineral powder contains zinc which is a natural sun protector as well.

A medium to light tan color goes best with a yellow undertone skin. Avoid a color with pink undertone.
