Zoom - Very painful!

It's been 2 hours since my Zoom Whiteneing and the "zinger" pain is unbearable. It comes and goes but when it does come there's no getting away from it.
I was told there might be sensitivity but the "zinger" word was not mentioned until I was in the chair. I have a high pain tolerance so I'm not whimping out here, this is very painful. My teeth are beautifully white but in no way was it worth it. Not everyone has this pain but I don't think it's worth taking a chance. I would never do it again.

Beware Zoom whitening!

I had been looking forward to having a sparkling smile for so long .... I was told there may be some sensitivity but was never told about the 'zingers' until they started in the last 15 minute session! Such pain! I am dubious about using the home tray and gel to continue the whitening. Will my teeth ever feel normal again?
It is now 24 hours after my treatment and my teeth still feel 'alive'. Touch wood, I haven't had any more zingers this morning! I have never had sensitive teeth before (I love icecream and drinks with ice) and had no fillings on my front teeth so if it can happen to me then anyone can unexpectedly be on the receiving end of Zoom pain!

My Zoom experience

My Zoom experience is similar to yours. So far, I am fairly happy with the results, but the pain is unbearable!! I would NOT get this procedure done again. I was uncomfortable the entire time and in serious pain for many hours afterwards. Try another method!!
